In the field of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), we are focusing particularly on the following areas:
(1) Research and Consulting: In addition to researching and analyzing SAF-related policies, market trends, and technological developments, we provide research and consulting services across a wide range of areas, including compliance with international sustainability certification systems such as CORSIA, assessment of lifecycle greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and the development of supply chains for raw material procurement.
(2) Promoting Collaboration Among Stakeholders to Advance SAF: We provide operational support for a council that explores collaboration among multiple private-sector companies—necessary to promote the production and use of SAF—as well as regulatory and support measures by government agencies and local governments to facilitate this effort.
Our experts are actively involved in SAF policy development through their regular participation in international expert meetings, and in the Japanese market, they are promoting the establishment of SAF supply systems and the appropriate evaluation and utilization of environmental value. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage this expertise and network to contribute to achieving both the decarbonization of the aviation sector through SAF and a stable supply of fuel.
