Since our founding in 1924, we have supported Japan's manufacturing industry by providing equipment and facilities for factories and plants in a wide range of industries, including textile, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, semiconductor, liquid crystal, medical equipment, and energy, from development to design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Today, we contribute to the sustainability of the manufacturing industry through energy conservation and CO2 emission reduction in evaporation and distillation equipment, reduction of chemical and waste emissions, prevention of environmental pollution, and safe operation of nuclear power plants.

Traditionally, boiler steam has been used in the distillation process. However, the distillation process for the production of SAF fuel, which aims to reduce CO2 emissions, has been a problem due to the large amount of CO2 emitted by the boiler. The distillation system we have invented eliminates the need for boiler steam and performs distillation using only electricity. It employs a heat pump, which recovers the low-temperature level heat emitted from the equipment and reuses it as effective energy. Using electricity derived from nuclear or renewable energy sources allows distillation of SAF feedstock with zero CO2 emissions.
The energy-saving heat pump distillation system saves energy and reduces CO2 emissions in the distillation process, which is considered a high-consumption process, thereby contributing to the realization of a decarbonized society.
